Aar-em Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (India) is a leading manufacturer and exporter of Uninterruptible Power Supplies.All manufacturing premises are ESD controlled. Semi - automatic tools, component insertion equipment and wave soldering machinery are used to achieve high productivity levels. Custom designed assembly jigs are used for producing defect-free sub-assemblies. The jigs are often designed with the help of inputs from assembly line operators. At Aar-em, test systems are developed in-house to suit individual product needs. All current products are tested on computerised automatic testing equipment to avoid even the smallest inconsistencies due to human error. All models are manufactured with the state of the art technology to meet international standards. Aar-em possesses a full fledged R & D unit which keeps tab on the ever changing technologies in the international scene. Power management softwares are also developed by Aar-em’s own R&D. The UPS are manufactured at Hadapsar Industrials Estate - Pune, under an area exceeding 15000 sq.ft and employing 140 skilled professionals.
